Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Social Science Teacher to join our academic team. The candidate will be responsible for teaching Social Science subjects (History, Geography, Civics, and Economics) to middle and secondary classes, creating an engaging learning environment, and helping students develop a strong understanding of social and environmental concepts.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver effective Social Science lessons as per the curriculum.
Teach subjects including History, Geography, Civics, and Economics.
Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and assessments.
Encourage student participation and critical thinking.
Maintain discipline and a positive classroom environment.
Evaluate and monitor student progress through tests and assignments.
Participate in school activities, meetings, and parent-teacher interactions.
Use teaching aids, maps, charts, and digital tools for better understanding.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Social Science or related field.
B.Ed. degree is mandatory.
Minimum [1–3] years of teaching experience preferred.
Good communication and classroom management skills.
Ability to make learning interesting and interactive.
Basic computer knowledge.
