Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day production activities.
- Ensure production targets are achieved as per schedule.
- Monitor manpower and machine operations.
- Maintain quality standards and adherence to safety procedures.
- Prepare production reports and maintain production records.
- Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams to minimize downtime.
- Ensure discipline and housekeeping on the shop floor.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives.
Eligibility:
- Any Degree.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with experience in manufacturing or production environments will have an added advantage.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
