Location: Vile Parle East, Mumbai
Timings: Mon–Fri, 10 AM – 6:30 PM | Alternate Saturdays working
Duration: 3–6 months
What you’ll do:
Source & screen candidates via LinkedIn, job portals & referrals
Coordinate interviews & support offer/onboarding processes
Maintain candidate trackers & assist in recruitment reporting
Gain exposure to ATS tools, AI sourcing & employer branding
Who we’re looking for:
Pursuing/completed MBA/PGDM (HR), BBA, BA (Psychology) or related
Strong communication, organized & detail-oriented
Comfortable with LinkedIn, Excel, Google Sheets & job portals
Prior HR/TA internship is a plus but not mandatory!
