The Primary Teacher (ICSE) is responsible for delivering engaging and effective instruction to students in accordance with the ICSE curriculum. The role focuses on fostering a positive learning environment, supporting student development, and ensuring academic excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons aligned with the ICSE curriculum for primary grades.
- Create a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation.
- Assess, record, and report on students’ academic performance and progress.
- Develop lesson plans, worksheets, and teaching materials to enhance learning outcomes.
- Use innovative teaching methods and technology to engage students.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively and maintain discipline.
- Provide individual attention and support to students with varying learning needs.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers, coordinators, and school leadership.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and development.
- Participate in school events, meetings, and extracurricular activities.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s Degree with B.Ed. (mandatory)
- 3–5 years of teaching experience in ICSE schools (primary grades)
- Strong subject knowledge across primary-level disciplines

- Good organizational and time management skills
