We are looking for 3 experienced Bench Sales Recruiters to join our growing team!

Role: Bench Sales Recruiter
Open Positions: 3
Experience- 6 months to 3 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Market bench consultants (H1B, OPT, GC, USC) to Tier-1 vendors and clients
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships
- Handle end-to-end sales cycle: submission, negotiation, and closure
- Coordinate with consultants for availability and project updates
- Maintain daily reports and pipeline tracking
Requirements:
- Experience in US IT Bench Sales Recruitement
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Hands-on experience with job portals (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
