Job Responsibilities
- Handle employee onboarding and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Manage attendance, leave, and employee data.
- Respond to employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, attendance, and benefits.
- Resolve employee concerns and coordinate with relevant teams when required.
- Support employee engagement activities.
- Assist with day-to-day HR and administrative tasks.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in HR Operations and Administration.
- Experience in onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and HRMS tools.
- Comfortable working in US shift (night shift).
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
