We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Production Incharge to oversee daily production operations, manage the workforce, and ensure quality and timely output. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and hands-on knowledge of the production process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities
- Ensure production targets are met on time without compromising quality
- Monitor machine operations and coordinate maintenance when needed
- Manage and guide production staff/workers, assign tasks, and track performance
- Ensure quality control checks are followed at every stage
- Maintain production records, daily reports, and output data
- Coordinate with store/purchase team for raw material availability
- Ensure safety standards and cleanliness are maintained on the floor
- Identify and reduce wastage, downtime, and process inefficiencies
- Report production status and issues to management regularly
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of production planning and process control
- Basic Microsoft Excel knowledge for reports and data tracking
- Should be able to read, write, and speak Tamil and English
- Team handling and manpower management skills
- Problem-solving attitude and ability to work under pressure
- Knowledge of quality standards / safety procedures relevant to your industry
Qualifications:
- Minimum [ITI / Diploma / Any Degree in relevant field] — set as per your requirement
- Prior experience as Production Supervisor/Incharge preferred
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
