Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Cloud Computing & DevOps Instructor to join our training team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering practical, industry-aligned training on AWS, Azure, and GCP platforms, along with modern DevOps tools and practices. The ideal candidate brings real-world cloud experience, a passion for teaching, and the ability to make complex technical concepts accessible to learners at all levels.
Key Responsibilities
Training & Instruction
- Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions on Cloud Computing and DevOps technologies across classroom, virtual, and hybrid formats
- Teach core concepts and services across AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform
- Conduct hands-on labs and practical demonstrations to reinforce real-world application
- Train learners on key DevOps tools including Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Git, and Terraform
- Explain CI/CD pipelines, deployment strategies, and cloud architecture best practices clearly and effectively
Curriculum & Content Development
- Design and develop high-quality course materials, assignments, assessments, and hands-on exercises
- Continuously update training content to reflect the latest cloud and DevOps trends, tools, and certifications
- Build real-world project scenarios to give learners practical exposure to cloud environments
Learner Support & Mentorship
- Monitor individual learner progress and provide targeted technical mentoring
- Guide learners through cloud architecture design, deployment decisions, and troubleshooting challenges
- Support learners in building confidence and competence for industry roles and certifications
What We're Looking For
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on industry experience in Cloud Computing and DevOps
Technical Skills
- Strong working knowledge of AWS, Azure, and GCP services and architecture
- Proficiency in Linux administration and shell scripting
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI/CD
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation
- Solid understanding of networking, cloud security, and deployment best practices
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring abilities
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a learner-first approach
- Comfortable conducting interactive, practical training sessions
Nice to Have
- Cloud certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator, or Google Cloud certifications
- Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Ansible
- Knowledge of DevSecOps practices and principles
- Prior teaching or corporate training experience
