We are looking for a passionate Commis Chef. As the Commis Chef, you’ll support the kitchen team in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of high-quality dishes while maintaining hygiene, consistency, and efficiency in all kitchen operations.
- Assist in preparing and cooking menu items according to standard recipes and specifications
· Support section chefs in daily mise en place and kitchen operations
· Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation standards are consistently maintained
· Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned kitchen sections and workstations
· Assist in proper storage, labeling, and rotation of food products and ingredients
· Support service during breakfast, lunch, and dinner operations as required
· Operate kitchen equipment safely and report any maintenance issues promptly
· Minimize food waste and support cost control initiatives
· Support pre-opening kitchen setup and operational readiness
