We are seeking a proactive and organised Human Resources Executive to support the day-to-day HR operations of our business. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and HR administration while ensuring adherence to UK employment legislation and company policies.
Key responsibilities include assisting with recruitment activities, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, preparing employment contracts, conducting right-to-work checks, and supporting employee onboarding and induction programmes. The HR Executive will maintain accurate employee records, monitor attendance and leave, support payroll administration, and ensure all HR documentation is compliant and up to date.
The role also involves handling employee queries, supporting performance management processes, assisting with disciplinary and grievance procedures, and promoting a positive workplace culture. The successful candidate will help implement HR policies, support training and development initiatives, and contribute to employee engagement activities.
Applicants should possess excellent communication and organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information professionally. Previous HR experience within a UK business environment is preferred, along with a good understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices. A CIPD qualification or working towards CIPD accreditation would be advantageous.

Pay: ₹10,874.69 - ₹36,527.01 per month
