· Prepare and bake brownies, lava cakes, waffles, pastries, and other dessert items.
· Prepare Indian sweets such as Gulab Jamun, Rasmalai, Rabdi, Carrot halwa and other seasonal specialties.
· Ensure consistent taste, quality, presentation, and portion control.
· Prepare sauces, syrups, and accompaniments for ice cream products.
· Monitor ingredient inventory and inform management about stock requirements.
· Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and workstations.
· Follow food safety and quality standards at all times.
· Minimize wastage and ensure efficient use of raw materials.
· Assist in developing new dessert recipes and seasonal menu items.
· Ensure proper storage of ingredients and finished products.
· Coordinate with Staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
