About the Role:
We are looking for a smart, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented Junior Merchandiser to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build a long-term career in merchandising and grow with an established company.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire merchandising process from development to shipment for categories.
- Coordinate with senior merchandiser, production teams, and vendors to ensure timely sampling.
- Monitor production progress, handle buyer communications, and ensure quality and compliance requirements are met.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with international clients and vendors.
- Ensure accurate documentation and reporting for production status and order tracking.
- Collaborate with design and product development teams on new collections.
- Follow up on lab dips, trims, fit approvals, and pre-production samples (PPS).
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Fashion Merchandising, or related field.
- 3 - 5 years of experience in a similar role, handling apparel garments.
- Strong understanding of the garment manufacturing lifecycle .
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
