- Understand and analyze business processes in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations
- Configure and implement QAD ERP modules based on business requirements
- Conduct requirement gathering, gap analysis, and solution design
- Support QAD modules such as:
- MFG/PRO
- Manufacturing
- Supply Chain Management (SCM)
- Inventory & Planning
- Finance (GL, AP, AR, Costing)
- Prepare functional documents (BRD, FRD, SOP, test cases)
- Coordinate with technical team for customizations, interfaces, and reports
- Perform system testing, UAT support, and user training
- Provide post-implementation support and issue resolution
- Ensure compliance with business and audit requirements
- Strong hands-on experience in QAD ERP (MFG/PRO / QAD EE)
- Good understanding of manufacturing business processes
- Experience in ERP implementation or support projects
- Ability to interact with business users and leadership
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Knowledge of QAD Enterprise Edition (EE) is preferred
