We are looking for an experienced Team Leader with 3–4 years of experience in the DSA/Loan sector and prior team handling experience. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of loan products, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive team performance and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve business targets.
- Train, onboard, and mentor new joiners.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and feedback.
- Ensure target achievement and compliance with company policies.
- Handle team operations, resolve issues, and maintain productivity.
- Take ownership and accountability for team performance.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and goal-oriented work culture.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in the DSA/Loan sector.
- Prior experience as a Team Leader is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of loan products and sales processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.
- Target-driven with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
