We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong customer relationships, promoting our products/services, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities.
- Meet potential customers and explain products/services.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
- Conduct field visits and customer meetings as required.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain customer records.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (Marketing or Business preferred).
- 0–3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing (Freshers with good communication skills may also apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email).
- Willingness to travel for client meetings.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
