project Manager IT Delivery
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex IT projects. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring timely, quality delivery while managing stakeholder expectations and driving operational excellence. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership capabilities and the ability to navigate cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end project delivery across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Track project progress, monitor KPIs, and ensure strict adherence to schedules and quality standards
- Coordinate seamlessly with clients, internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth execution
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues through proactive planning and escalation management
- Conduct regular status reviews, governance calls, and comprehensive project reporting to leadership
- Optimize resource allocation and utilization across projects to maximize team productivity
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to organizational processes and best practices
- Monitor project financials, effort tracking, and budget utilization to maintain cost efficiency
- Support presales activities, project estimations, and planning when required to support business growth
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 6 to 8 years of proven experience in managing end-to-end IT projects in a delivery-focused environment
- Project Management Expertise: Strong proficiency in Project Management and Delivery Governance frameworks
- Methodologies: Hands-on experience with both Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies
- Stakeholder Management: Excellent ability to engage, manage expectations, and build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Communication Skills: Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities with strong presentation skills
- Technical Tools: Proficiency with project planning and tracking tools such as Jira, MS Project, Azure DevOps, or equivalent platforms
- Multitasking: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and competing demands in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Risk Management: Proven experience in identifying, analyzing, and mitigating project risks and issues
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Industry-recognized certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2, or Scrum Master (CSM/PSM)
- Experience managing cloud infrastructure, application support, infrastructure modernization, or digital transformation projects
- Exposure to IT service management (ITSM) frameworks and best practices
- Experience in managing distributed or geographically dispersed teams

Location & Work Arrangement

Must-Haves :
8–15 years of overall experience in Project/Program Management. Immediate joiners or candidates with a maximum 15-day notice period. Mandatory Skills: Strong experience managing AI/Technology projects. Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall delivery methodologies. Proven experience in Project Planning, Delivery Governance, and Stakeholder Management. Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills. Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or similar. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects/workstreams in a fast-paced environment. Domain Requirement (Mandatory): Prior experience in Lease Management or Real Estate domain is mandatory. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
