Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing and Social Media Coordinator to spearhead our marketing efforts and ensure that our brand thrives both online and offline. This role is critical in building brand awareness, driving customer engagement, and generating footfall for our restaurants.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Promotions:
- Develop, Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns for new launches, seasonal events, and special promotions.
- Collaborate with various creative teams to create innovative strategies to attract and retain customers.
- Coordinate the execution of Marketing plans
- Coordinate the execution of offline marketing materials such as brochures, posters, and flyers.
- Track and report on campaign performance, suggesting improvements where necessary.
- Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market activity to identify opportunities.
Social Media Management:
- Manage and grow the brand’s presence on key platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Coordinate contents, including posts, videos, and stories, as discussed and finalised by the marketing team.
- Monitor, respond to, and engage with social media audiences to foster community growth.
- Analyse performance metrics and provide insights to optimize future campaigns.
Content Creation:
- Work closely with photographers and designers (or take in-house shots) to produce high-quality visuals of menu items and events. Ensure timely execution and posting.
- Generate organic and real content like reels, stories, customer testimonials to increase page activity
- Interact with guests who visit the restaurants and increase engagements and interaction on social media
Customer Engagement:
- Monitor social media platforms for customer feedback, queries, and reviews; respond promptly and professionally.
- Build relationships with influencers and local food communities for collaborations.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Track and analyze the performance of campaigns and social media metrics.
- Prepare regular reports on campaign effectiveness, web traffic, and audience engagement.
- Use tools like Google Analytics and social media insights to measure success and ROI.
Event Coordination:
- Coordinate with the operations team to promote in-house events, workshops, or community activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1–3 years) in marketing or social media coordination, preferably in the F&B industry.
- Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or other graphic design platforms.
- Knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Instagram Insights).
- Exceptional communication (English and Malayalam) and ability to engage with customers.
- A passion for food industry and a flair for creativity.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
