Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹18,000 per month

Job Summary
Sree Gokulam Speed and Safe Courier Service Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and technically skilled IT Support Executive to provide day-to-day technical support for our office operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining computer systems, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting network infrastructure, and ensuring smooth IT operations across the organization.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems, software applications, and peripheral devices.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues promptly.
- Configure and troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, and network devices.
- Install, update, and maintain antivirus software and system security measures.
- Create and manage user accounts, passwords, and email configurations.
- Perform routine system maintenance, backups, and software updates.
- Monitor IT assets and maintain an inventory of hardware and software.
- Coordinate with external vendors for equipment repair, warranty claims, and IT procurement.
- Assist employees with IT-related queries and provide user training when required.
- Support attendance systems, printers, biometric devices, and other office automation equipment.
- Ensure data security by following company IT policies and best practices.
- Maintain documentation of IT issues, resolutions, and system configurations.
- Assist in implementing new IT solutions and system upgrades as required.
- Perform any other IT-related tasks assigned by the management.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge or candidates with 1–2 years of IT support experience are encouraged to apply.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and MS Office.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and networking.
- Familiarity with LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and internet troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of printer and peripheral device configuration.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
