Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, following up with leads, explaining our products/services, and maintaining good customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain products and services clearly.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and leads.
- Schedule appointments or transfer qualified leads to the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information.
- Achieve daily and monthly call targets.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to convince and engage customers.
- Previous telecalling or customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Salary
₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month
