Job Title: Jr. Maintenance Engineer / Technician
Job Description:
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of machines and equipment.
- Assist in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues.
- Ensure smooth operation of production machinery.
- Maintain maintenance records and reports.
- Follow safety standards and company procedures.
- Support installation and commissioning of new equipment.
- Coordinate with production teams to minimize machine downtime.
- Keep tools, spare parts, and work areas organized.
Qualification:
- Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 1–3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing plant preferred.
Skills:
- Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Teamwork and communication skills.
