Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage end-to-end HR operations while partnering with leadership to build a high-performance, inclusive, and execution-focused work culture.
- Handle the End to End recruitment lifecycle,
- Manage onboarding, employee documentation, induction, and employee record management.
- Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and HR-related documentation using Keka HRMS.
- Conduct and manage employee performance review cycles, maintain performance records, and provide actionable insights to management.
- Support managers in monitoring employee performance and implementing performance improvement initiatives when required.
- Collect employee feedback and work towards improving learning, development, and employee engagement programs.
- Coordinate with different teams to ensure smooth HR operations and provide administrative support whenever required.
- Assist management with additional operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- 0 - 1 year of experience in Human Resources.
- Hands-on experience with Keka HRMS.
- Proficiency in Canva, Excel, Ms Office
- Experience using recruitment platforms such as Naukri.com, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
- Strong understanding of recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, attendance management, and HR documentation.
- Knowledge of employee engagement, performance management, and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of confidentiality, ownership, and attention to detail.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
