About the Company
RDB Infrastructure & Power Limited is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts professional to lead financial reporting, compliance, and accounting operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in statutory compliance, financial statement preparation, and management reporting, preferably with exposure to the Real Estate industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and finalize Financial Statements and Limited Review Reports in compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure timely and accurate statutory compliances including GST, TDS, and other applicable regulatory filings.
- Lead and manage accounting operations including ledger scrutiny, reconciliations, month-end and year-end closures.
- Prepare MIS reports, financial dashboards, and analytical reports for management review and decision-making.
- Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities for smooth closure and compliance.
- Monitor financial controls and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, and statutory requirements applicable to listed entities.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and integrity of financial records.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards, Financial Reporting, and statutory requirements applicable to listed companies.
- Hands-on experience in preparing Financial Statements and Limited Review Reports.
- Sound understanding and practical experience in GST, TDS, and tax compliances.
- Experience in preparing and presenting MIS reports to management.
- Excellent analytical, drafting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and accounting software will be an added advantage.
Preferred Industry Experience
- Candidates with prior experience in the Real Estate / Infrastructure industry will be preferred.
Qualification
- CA / CA Inter / CMA / MBA (Finance) / M.Com or equivalent qualification.
Experience
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in Accounts, Financial Reporting, and Compliance.
