Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site Clinical Trainee role based at Care Physiotherapy Clinic Paharganj in Delhi, India. The Clinical Trainee will support physiotherapists in day-to-day patient care, including assisting with assessments, preparing treatment areas, and guiding patients through prescribed exercises under supervision. Responsibilities include observing and learning clinical procedures, documenting patient information, maintaining accurate records, and helping ensure a clean and safe clinical environment. The role involves active participation in training sessions, applying evidence-based practices, and engaging with patients in a respectful and professional manner. The Clinical Trainee will also assist with basic research or data collection related to treatment outcomes and clinic processes as required.
Qualifications: Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal interaction with patients and accurate written documentation.
Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Medicine and physiotherapy-related concepts, with an understanding of human anatomy and rehabilitation principles.
Candidates should possess an interest in Training and continuous learning, with readiness to follow clinical guidance and participate in skill-development sessions.
Candidates should possess Research and Clinical Research aptitude, including the ability to follow study protocols, collect basic data, and apply evidence-based information.
Enrollment in or completion of a degree or diploma in Physiotherapy or a related healthcare field is preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and a patient-centric mindset are essential.
Ability to work collaboratively in a clinical team, follow instructions, and manage time effectively.
Basic computer literacy for maintaining records and accessing clinical resources is beneficial.
