Key Responsibilities:
- Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and consultations with managers.
- Design and develop training programs tailored to the specific needs of different departments.
- Deliver training sessions in various formats, including workshops, seminars, and e-learning.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and modify content as needed.
- Manage the training budget and allocate resources effectively.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure the quality and relevance of training content.
