Job Overview:
We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant with 1–3 years of post-qualification experience to manage finance and accounts operations. The role involves financial reporting, budgeting, compliance management, and overseeing internal financial controls, including subsidiaries abroad. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical capability, regulatory knowledge, and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Finance & Accounts Management:
- Review financial reports and monitor accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare financial forecasts, annual budgets, and manage cash and fund flow.
- Conduct variance analysis between projected and actual results and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor project profitability and reduce financial risk exposure.
- Identify and implement cost-reduction opportunities while maintaining healthy gross margins.
Compliance & Regulatory Management:
- Ensure zero deviation in statutory compliances and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor regulatory changes and update relevant internal stakeholders.
- Liaise with statutory authorities for compliance-related matters.
- Ensure compliance with SEZ, RBI, FEMA, and US regulatory requirements.
- Maintain strong internal financial controls and ensure 100% information security.
Reporting & Financial Planning:
- Prepare MIS reports and provide financial insights to management.
- Enable leadership to make sound business decisions aligned with company objectives.
- Manage consolidation processes as per AS-21 standards.
- Ensure adequate documentation and supporting records for all financial transactions.
Subsidiary & Corporate Oversight:
- Monitor and manage financial transactions and compliance of overseas subsidiaries, primarily US entities.
- Oversee organization-wide finance and account management activities.
- Support corporate initiatives including budgeting, goal setting, and CSR activities.
Leadership & Relationship Management:
- Manage and delegate tasks effectively within the finance team.
- Provide supportive leadership and motivate team members.
- Maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure positive and constructive engagement with key external partners.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- 2+ years of post-qualification CA experience in finance and accounts management.
- Thorough knowledge of Accounting and Auditing Standards.
- Strong understanding of statutory compliances and regulatory frameworks.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and MIS reporting.
- Knowledge of SEZ, RBI, and US compliance requirements.
- Hands-on experience with QuickBooks and Xero.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively.
- Corporate exposure and strong analytical mindset.
