Candidate should be from Recovery Agency Background
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of Recovery Executives and Tele-Callers.
- Allocate daily recovery cases and monitor field activities.
- Ensure achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly recovery targets.
- Track team productivity and prepare performance reports.
- Conduct regular team meetings, training, and coaching sessions.
- Monitor compliance with client SOPs, RBI guidelines, and company policies.
- Resolve escalated customer complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with clients regarding account status, collections, and reporting.
- Verify recovery documentation and maintain accurate records.
- Monitor attendance, discipline, and overall team performance.
- Identify non-performing employees and implement performance improvement plans.
- Ensure ethical recovery practices and maintain customer confidentiality.
- Prepare MIS reports and submit them to management on time.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new recovery staff.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
