About the Role
We are looking for a highly analytical and results-driven Senior Performance Marketing Specialist with deep expertise in Google Ads to lead paid acquisition campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, and Performance Max. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in scaling campaigns, optimizing ROAS, managing large advertising budgets, and driving measurable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across:
- Search Ads
- Display Ads
- YouTube Ads
- Shopping Ads
- Performance Max Campaigns
- Remarketing Campaigns
- Manage monthly ad budgets and ensure maximum ROI/ROAS.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, competitor analysis, and bid strategy optimization.
- Monitor campaign performance using tools such as:
- Google Analytics (GA4)
- Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Google Ads Manager
- Looker Studio
- Implement conversion tracking, event tracking, and attribution models.
- Analyze campaign data and prepare actionable performance reports.
- Perform A/B testing on ad copies, landing pages, creatives, and audience segments.
- Collaborate with content, design, SEO, and development teams for campaign success.
- Improve lead quality, CPL, CAC, and conversion rates through continuous optimization.
- Stay updated with latest Google Ads policies, AI bidding strategies, and performance marketing trends.
- Mentor junior performance marketers and support strategic planning.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6–8 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing with strong focus on Google Ads.
- Proven experience managing high-budget campaigns with measurable growth outcomes.

- Funnel optimization
- Experience with lead generation and/or eCommerce campaigns.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Google Ads Certifications preferred.
- Experience with Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or programmatic platforms is an advantage.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms.
- Experience in B2B, SaaS, Healthcare, Education, or eCommerce industries is a plus.
