Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated HR Manager to join our team. The HR Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's human resources strategies and policies, ensuring alignment with our organizational goals and values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and oversee HR strategies, policies, and programs to support the company's growth and enhance employee engagement.
- Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, compensation, and benefits administration.
- Lead the recruitment process by identifying talent needs, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to ensure a seamless hiring experience.
- Provide guidance to managers on performance management, coaching, and employee development to promote a high-performance culture.
- Oversee employee relations, address concerns, and ensure a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive and equitable compensation structures.
- Stay updated on employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance across all HR practices.
- Drive initiatives to enhance employee well-being, satisfaction, and work-life balance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational objectives and initiatives.
- Manage HR metrics and reporting to provide insights for continuous improvement.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
