The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for executing and optimizing the hotel’s online marketing strategies. The primary objective is to enhance online brand visibility, drive traffic to the hotel website, increase direct bookings (reducing dependency on Third-Party OTAs), and manage customer engagement across all digital touchpoints. This role combines creative content generation with data-driven performance analysis to maximize revenue.
Key Responsibilities
1. Website Management & SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
- Maintain, update, and audit the hotel website content (room descriptions, dining menus, special offers, and imagery).
- Implement local SEO strategies to ensure the hotel ranks highly for relevant local and regional destination keywords.
- Manage and optimize business listings including Google Business Profile, Apple Maps, and local directories.
- Collaborate with web developers to improve user experience (UX) and website loading speed to maximize booking conversions.
2. Social Media & Content Creation
- Develop and manage the hotel’s social media calendar across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Create engaging, high-quality visual and written content (photography, reels/short-form videos, and copywriting) highlighting the hotel’s amenities, events, and guest experiences.
- Actively monitor and respond to guest inquiries, comments, and direct messages on social platforms to foster community engagement.
3. OTA & Metasearch Optimization
- Audit and update the hotel's profile, imagery, and information on Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) such as Booking.com, Expedia, and Agoda to ensure brand consistency.
- Monitor and support strategies for metasearch platforms (TripAdvisor, Google Hotel Ads) to capture high-intent travelers.
4. Paid Advertising (PPC & Paid Social)
- Assist in setting up and managing Paid Search (Google Ads) and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) targeting key demographics, corporate accounts, and leisure travelers.
- Monitor ad spend budgets, track Click-Through Rates (CTR), and optimize campaigns to achieve a high Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
5. Email Marketing & CRM
- Design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns for seasonal promotions, holiday packages, loyalty programs, and corporate offers.
- Segment the hotel's guest database to ensure personalized and highly effective communications.
6. Analytics & Reporting
- Track, analyze, and report weekly/monthly digital marketing KPIs using tools like Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, and social media insight panels.
- Provide actionable data insights to the management team to continuously refine the hotel's digital strategy.
Skills and Qualifications
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality Management, Communications, or a related field.
- [1–3 years] of proven experience in digital marketing, ideally within the hospitality, travel, or luxury lifestyle sector.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads, and basic SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs).
- Hands-on experience with content creation tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite, and basic video editing tools for mobile.
- Experience operating Content Management Systems (CMS) like WordPress or hotel-specific booking engines.
- Familiarity with email marketing software (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or CRM systems).
Soft Skills:
- Excellent written English and copywriting skills with an eye for storytelling.
- Strong visual aesthetics aligned with a hospitality/lifestyle brand.
- Ability to multitask and adapt efficiently in a fast-paced hotel environment.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
