We are seeking a highly creative and technically skilled Interior Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for translating client visions into detailed technical drawings and stunning 3D visualizations, managing projects seamlessly from concept to final site execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Drafting: Use AutoCAD to create precise 2D layouts, floor plans, sections, elevations, and detailed working drawings for site execution.
- 3D Visualization: Develop high-quality 3D models and realistic renders to help clients visualize space volumes, lighting, materials, and textures.
- Concept & Material Selection: Create mood boards, color palettes, and curate material specifications (laminates, veneers, fabrics, lighting, and fixtures).
- Site Supervision: Visit sites to ensure contractors and vendors are executing construction strictly according to the AutoCAD drawings and design specifications.
- Client & Vendor Coordination: Present design concepts to clients and coordinate with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) consultants and modular vendors.
Required Software & Technical Qualifications
- 2D Drafting: Mastery of AutoCAD (essential for creating working drawings, electrical layouts, and plumbing layouts).
- 3D Modeling & Rendering: Advanced proficiency in 3ds Max, SketchUp, or Revit, along with rendering engines like V-Ray, Corona, or Lumion.
- Presentation Tools: Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, CorelDraw, or Canva for creating client presentation decks.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a certified course in Architectural Drafting/3D Modeling.
Material & Site Specifications
- Deep understanding of materials, hardware (Hettich, Hafele, etc.), modular kitchen design, and wardrobe detailing.
- Ability to read, interpret, and explain complex structural and services drawings to site supervisors.
- Strong knowledge of costing, estimation, and preparing a Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
