Responsibilities
- Handle sales of commercial and luxury residential projects
- Generate and manage leads effectively
- Conduct client meetings and site visits
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Build strong customer relationships
- Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams
Requirements
- 3-4 years experience in Real Estate Sales
- Strong hold on sales and negotiations
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Target-oriented and confident personality
- Knowledge of Mohali and kharar/Tricity real estate market preferred
