Job Summary
We’re looking for a motivated and customer-friendly Showroom Sales Executive to join our team. You’ll assist customers in selecting the right building materials, manage sales transactions, and maintain showroom standards. If you’re eager to learn and have basic computer skills, we’ll train you to succeed!
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in the showroom
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
- Provide product details including pricing, features, and availability
- Use computer systems for billing, inventory checks, and order processing
- Maintain organized and attractive product displays
- Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
Requirements
- Basic computer knowledge (billing, inventory lookup, email)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and take part in training
- Friendly and professional attitude
- Minimum education: High school or equivalent
