Guest Relations Executive (GRE) – KRAs
- Welcome and assist guests with a warm and professional approach.
- Ensure a seamless check-in, seating, and departure experience.
- Handle guest queries, feedback, complaints, and special requests promptly.
- Conduct property tours and explain facilities to prospective guests and members.
- Build strong guest relationships to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and Banquets to ensure smooth guest experiences.
- Ensure VIP guests receive personalized attention and hospitality.
- Maintain guest records, preferences, and follow-up communications.
- Support reservations, event inquiries, and membership-related interactions.
- Promote hotel services, dining experiences, banquets, and ongoing offers.
- Ensure adherence to brand standards, grooming, and service protocols.
- Achieve guest satisfaction targets and contribute to positive online reviews.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
