Hiring: Business Development Executive / Manager – Construction & Infrastructure
Location: Marol, Andheri East, Mumbai
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development professional with 0–5 years of experience in the Construction, Infrastructure, Real Estate, Engineering, or related industries.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and develop new business opportunities and generate leads.
* Conduct market research to identify potential clients and upcoming projects.
* Connect with MDs, CEOs, Project Heads, Procurement Teams, Architects, Consultants, and other key decision-makers.
* Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations, proposals, and business pitches.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive business growth.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
* Track industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
0–5 years of Business Development/Sales experience.
Experience in Construction, Infrastructure, Real Estate, EPC, or Engineering sectors.
Civil Engineering background preferred.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to independently handle client meetings and business discussions.
Target-driven, proactive, and relationship-focused professional.

Pay: ₹13,949.61 - ₹58,178.87 per month
