Key Responsibilities
- Handle room reservation enquiries via telephone, email, website, OTAs, and walk-ins.
- Process new reservations, amendments, cancellations, and special requests accurately.
- Maintain reservation records and ensure all guest details are updated in the Property Management System (PMS).
- Provide guests with accurate information regarding room categories, rates, packages, hotel facilities, and policies.
- Maximize room occupancy through effective inventory and rate management.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Sales, and Revenue teams to ensure smooth guest arrivals and departures.
- Monitor room availability and maintain reservation status reports.
- Handle group bookings and coordinate with relevant departments for special requirements.
- Ensure all reservation confirmations, payment guarantees, and documentation are completed as per hotel policy.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest enquiries, feedback, and complaints.
- Promote hotel services, packages, and upgrades to enhance guest experience and revenue.
- Maintain confidentiality of guest information and comply with hotel policies and procedures.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
