Role Overview
As our Marketing Executive, you will be the driving force behind The Healing Wiz's growth engine. This is an all-rounder role, you'll own marketing strategy and execution across paid and organic channels, plan campaigns end-to-end, analyze performance data, and brief the creative team (graphic designer and video editor) to bring campaigns to life. You won't just run ads, you'll think about why we're running them, who we're reaching, and what happens after they click.
If you're the kind of marketer who obsesses over ROAS as much as storytelling, and can switch between a Meta Ads dashboard and a content calendar without missing a beat, this role was made for you.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Marketing & Performance (Primary Focus)
Plan, set up, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and YouTube.
Manage ad budgets and bidding strategies to maximize ROI and hit cost-per-lead / cost-per-acquisition targets.
Build and test audience segments, lookalikes, retargeting funnels, and custom audiences.
Run A/B tests on ad creatives, copy, landing pages, CTAs, and audience targeting.
Monitor campaign performance daily — track key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS, conversion rates) and optimize in real time.
Create detailed campaign briefs for the graphic designer and video editor with clear objectives, messaging, specs, and timelines.
Set up and maintain tracking infrastructure: UTM parameters, Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and conversion events.
Organic Marketing & Experimentation (Secondary Focus)
Develop and manage social media content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok.
Identify organic content opportunities: trends, hashtags, collaborations, and viral formats.
Experiment with SEO basics: keyword research, on-page optimization, blog content planning.
Explore partnership and influencer marketing opportunities within the wellness and holistic healing space.
Support the creation of lead magnets, landing pages, and conversion-focused organic funnels.
Strategy, Analytics & Coordination
Develop monthly and quarterly marketing plans aligned with business goals and growth targets.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights, learnings, and recommendations.
Conduct competitor research and market analysis to identify positioning opportunities.
Brief and coordinate with the creative team (designer + editor) to ensure campaign assets are on-brand, on-spec, and on-time.
Stay current with platform algorithm changes, ad policy updates, and emerging marketing trends in the wellness industry.
Own the marketing calendar: launches, campaigns, seasonal pushes, and promotional events.
Must-Have Requirements
1–3 years of hands-on digital marketing experience with a strong focus on paid advertising (Meta Ads and/or Google Ads).
Demonstrated experience managing ad budgets and delivering measurable results (lead generation, conversions, ROAS).
Proficiency in Meta Business Suite / Ads Manager and Google Ads. Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) is essential.
Strong understanding of marketing funnels: awareness, consideration, conversion, and retargeting.
Ability to write clear, compelling ad copy and campaign briefs.
Comfort with data: you can read dashboards, pull insights, and make decisions backed by numbers.
Experience managing social media accounts and content calendars for a brand.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Self-starter mindset: able to work independently, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
Nice-to-Have
Experience in the health, wellness, holistic healing, or lifestyle space.
Familiarity with tools like Google Tag Manager, Hotjar, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar.
Basic understanding of landing page optimization and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) principles.
Experience with influencer outreach or affiliate/partnership marketing.
Exposure to email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, ConvertKit, etc.) not a current priority but a future plus.
Meta Blueprint or Google Ads certification.
Understanding of video marketing strategy and YouTube SEO.
