Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries; route them to the appropriate departments.
- Manage front desk operations, including visitor log, appointments, and scheduling.
- Maintain a neat and organized reception area.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and documentation.
- Coordinate courier services, incoming/outgoing mail, and office supplies.
- Provide information and guidance to clients, staff, and vendors as required.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of company information.
- Support HR/Admin teams with basic clerical activities when required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
