Key Responsibilities
- Assemble, fit, and install mechanical parts, components, and equipment.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
- Inspect, repair, and maintain machinery and mechanical systems.
- Identify and troubleshoot mechanical faults and carry out corrective actions.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments accurately.
- Ensure all assemblies meet quality standards and technical specifications.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
- Coordinate with the production and maintenance teams to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Report machine defects and maintenance requirements to the supervisor.
Qualifications
- ITI (Fitter) or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience as a Fitter in a manufacturing, automotive, engineering, or industrial environment.
- Freshers with relevant ITI qualifications may also be considered.
Salary (CTC)
- ₹15k – ₹20k PM (Based on experience and skills)

Preferred Candidate
- Resident of Ambala, Saha, or nearby locations.
- Good knowledge of fitting tools, measuring instruments, and mechanical assemblies.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and technical documents.
- Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.
- Basic understanding of preventive maintenance and workshop safety practices.
- Willingness to work in shifts, if required.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
