We are looking for a dedicated and student-focused Career Counselor to guide students in making informed decisions about their higher education, career pathways, and future academic goals. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of career options, university admissions, and excellent counselling and communication skills.
Location - Ghaziabad
Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one career and academic counselling to students, particularly those in senior secondary grades.
- Guide students regarding higher education opportunities, courses, universities, entrance examinations, and career pathways in India and abroad.
- Assist students with college and university selection, application processes, scholarships, and admission requirements.
- Conduct career guidance sessions, workshops, seminars, and university-related sessions for students and parents.
- Support students with application timelines, personal statements, profiles, and overall admission preparedness where required.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Counselling, Education, Human Resources, or a relevant field.
- Relevant certification/course in Career Counselling will be an added advantage.
- Prior experience in career counselling, school counselling, university admissions, or student guidance is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Indian and international higher education systems and admission processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
