Pavan Enterprise is seeking a dedicated and skilled Field Service Engineer to handle installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial cleaning equipment. The candidate will be responsible for providing on-site technical support and ensuring smooth operation of machines at customer locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and commission industrial cleaning machines such as vacuum cleaners, high-pressure pumps, and scrubber driers.
- Perform routine maintenance and servicing of equipment.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults at customer sites.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding machine usage and care.
- Maintain service reports and documentation for all visits.
- Ensure timely response to service calls and minimize machine downtime.
- Coordinate with the back-office team for spare parts and service scheduling.
- Follow safety standards and company procedures during all service activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Diploma/ITI or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Hands-on experience with industrial machines (preferred).
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues efficiently.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel for fieldwork.
Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in servicing industrial equipment (preferred).
- Freshers with technical knowledge can also apply.
Other Requirements:
- Valid driving license (preferred).
- Basic knowledge of tools and service equipment.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
