Job Purpose:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition professional to lead end-to-end recruitment activities and support the organization's growth by attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent. The incumbent will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, partnering with business leaders, driving sourcing strategies, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience while meeting hiring targets across functions and levels.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Hiring
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition gathering to onboarding.
- Utilize various recruitment channels, including job portals like (Naukri, Indeed, Apna and others), consultants, professional networks, and referrals, to source and attract high-quality candidates.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates across multiple functions and levels.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements, job specifications, and hiring priorities.
- Conduct candidate screening, interviews, assessments, and coordinate selection processes.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality-of-hire standards.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
