Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager (Sell-Out) to drive Apple product sales across the assigned dealer network in Thrissur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving retail sell-out performance, strengthening dealer relationships, supporting Apple promoters, and executing in-store marketing initiatives to maximize customer engagement and business growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesB2B Sell-Out Development
- Drive sell-out for Apple products including Mac, iPad, Apple Watch, AirPods, and Apple Accessories through the assigned Apple Business/GT dealer network.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by increasing secondary sales and end-customer billing.
- Identify opportunities in corporate, education, SME, and institutional segments through dealer partners.
Dealer Business Management
- Manage a portfolio of approximately 15 Apple Business/GT dealers in the assigned territory.
- Conduct regular business reviews, sales planning, and forecasting with dealers.
- Ensure product availability, stock rotation, and execution of Apple retail guidelines.
Promoter Management
- Manage and mentor Apple promoters deployed at dealer locations.
- Monitor promoter productivity, attendance, and sales performance.
- Conduct regular coaching and performance review sessions.
Training & Development
- Deliver product and sales training to dealer sales executives and Apple promoters.
- Ensure teams are updated on new Apple product launches, features, and value propositions.
Marketing & Business Activation
- Coordinate in-store branding, dealer marketing activities, and customer engagement events.
- Execute promotional campaigns in collaboration with dealers and internal marketing teams.
- Support product launch activities and local business development initiatives.
Market Development
- Identify new business opportunities within the GT channel.
- Analyze competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Develop action plans to increase Apple market share in the assigned territory.
Preferred Experience
- MBA (Marketing/Sales) Freshers with excellent communication and business development skills are encouraged to apply.
- 1–5 years of experience in B2B sales, GT channel sales, dealer management, sell-out management, or consumer electronics/mobile/IT industry is preferred.
- Experience handling Apple, premium consumer electronics, laptops, smartphones, or IT distribution channels will be an added advantage.
Ideal Candidate
- Strong understanding of Apple Business/General Trade (GT) dealer operations.
- Excellent dealer relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Experience in driving secondary sales (sell-out) through channel partners.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
