Job Description – Electrical & Fire Fighting Trainer
We are looking for an experienced Electrical and Fire Fighting Trainer who has strong knowledge of residential and commercial electrical and fire fighting systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide practical and theoretical training to new joinees on:
- Electrical systems
- Fire fighting systems
- Safety procedures
- Site work execution
- Explain all electrical and fire fighting work details clearly to trainees.
- Conduct hands-on training for residential and commercial projects.
- Ensure trainees understand installation processes, safety standards, and site requirements.
- Evaluate trainee performance before deployment.
- Coordinate with the project/site team for manpower readiness.
- After successful training, send trained employees to the respective sites.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Good experience in Residential and Commercial Electrical & Fire Fighting Projects.
- Strong practical knowledge of:
- Electrical wiring
- Panels
- Cable tray
- Conduit work
- Fire alarm systems
- Sprinkler systems
- Hydrant systems
- Fire safety standards
- Ability to train and guide freshers/new employees.
- Good communication and team handling skills.
Qualification:
- ITI / Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Experience:
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in Electrical & Fire Fighting work and training.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
