Experience: 10–12+ years of teaching/research experience with strong research background

Role Summary
We are seeking experienced and research-oriented Professors in Computer Science Engineering and allied domains who can contribute to academic excellence, research development, and institutional growth. The candidate should have strong teaching experience, research publications, and the ability to mentor students and faculty.
Key Responsibilities
Academic Responsibilities
- Deliver undergraduate and postgraduate courses in CSE and allied subjects
- Develop curriculum, lesson plans, and academic content
- Guide students in academic projects and research work
- Conduct internal assessments and examinations
Research Responsibilities
- Publish research papers in reputed journals (Scopus / SCI / UGC Care)
- Apply for research grants and funded projects
- Guide PhD and M.Tech students
- Promote innovation, patents, and research activities
Administrative Responsibilities
- Support departmental academic planning
- Participate in NAAC/NBA accreditation activities
- Assist in policy development and academic improvements
- Participate in faculty meetings and academic committees
Student Development
- Mentor students for career development
- Encourage participation in technical events and competitions
- Support placement and internship activities
Required Skills
- Strong subject knowledge in CSE core areas
- Research and publication experience
- Excellent teaching and presentation skills
- Leadership and mentoring ability
- Good communication and academic administration skills
Preferred Profile
- Candidates with patents, funded projects, or consultancy experience preferred
- Prior experience in reputed engineering colleges/universities preferred
- Strong research citation record will be an advantage
