Effective and efficient delivery of SAP OTC (Order-to-Cash) project execution activities, ensuring consistent and optimized delivery within the Project Management Framework (PMF).
Deliver and support SAP OTC solutions throughout the project lifecycle, including design, configuration, integration testing, UAT, implementation, cutover, and hypercare support.
Analyze, design, configure, and support SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) and related OTC processes including customer master data, quotations, sales orders, pricing, deliveries, billing, returns, credit/debit memos, and accounts receivable integration.
Manage relationships with business stakeholders and process owners across Order Management, Customer Service, Logistics, and Finance.
Collaborate with internal and external teams to deliver OTC enhancements, incidents, and change requests within established SLAs.
Partner with SAP architects and technical teams to design and implement OTC solutions that meet business requirements.
Coordinate with development teams for functional specifications, testing activities, defect resolution, and deployment readiness.
Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement of OTC business processes and SAP solutions.
