Key Responsibilities
- Research and evaluate suppliers, products, and services
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms with vendors
- Prepare purchase orders and track order fulfillment
- Maintain relationships with suppliers and resolve issues promptly
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment
- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and legal regulations
- Analyze purchasing data to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Collaborate with finance, operations, and other departments to forecast purchasing needs
- Conduct supplier performance evaluations
- Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation
