Job Summary:
We are looking for a Front Office Executive – Clinical to manage patient coordination, reception operations, appointment scheduling, and administrative activities at our healthcare facility.
The ideal candidate should have experience in healthcare front desk operations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide a smooth and professional patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Handling & Front Desk Management:
- Welcome and assist patients with a professional and courteous approach.
- Handle patient registrations, inquiries, and appointment-related queries.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Ensure smooth patient flow and coordination at the reception desk.
Appointment & Clinical Coordination:
- Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments.
- Coordinate with doctors, physiotherapists, and clinical teams for patient requirements.
- Maintain daily appointment schedules and follow up with patients.
- Inform patients about treatment plans, clinic timings, and required procedures.
Billing & Administrative Support:
- Generate bills, receipts, and maintain payment records.
- Handle cash and online payment entries accurately.
- Coordinate with the accounts team for billing-related activities.
- Maintain daily patient visit reports and front office records.
Patient Relationship Management:
- Address patient concerns and provide timely support.
- Collect patient feedback and ensure a positive patient experience.
- Conduct patient follow-ups for appointments and treatments.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain patient files, forms, and clinical documentation.
- Prepare daily reports related to appointments, patient visits, and collections.
- Maintain proper records as per organizational policies.
- Support administrative and operational activities as required.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient handling and customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).
- Ability to multitask and manage front desk responsibilities.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Strong coordination and organizational skills.
Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline (BMS/BBA/Healthcare Administration preferred).
- Prior experience in hospital, clinic, physiotherapy centre, or healthcare setup will be preferred.
