- Supplier Coordination & Procurement
- Identify and manage reliable suppliers for raw materials, consumables, and equipment.
- Ensure timely procurement to avoid production delays.
- Negotiate cost-effective pricing & long-term contracts with suppliers.
- Material Planning & Inventory Control
- Align procurement with PPC schedules to avoid shortages.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely reordering of critical materials.
- Track raw material usage vs. purchase plan to avoid excess inventory.
- Quality & Compliance in Procurement
- Ensure suppliers meet quality standards (ISO, customer requirements).
- Conduct supplier audits and performance evaluations.
- Work with quality & production teams to resolve material quality issues.
- Cost Control in Purchasing & Inventory Management
- Identify cost-saving opportunities in procurement.
- Implement alternate vendor sourcing to reduce dependency on single suppliers.
- Minimize excess stock and slow-moving inventory to improve cash flow.
- Data Analysis & Reporting
- Provide weekly PPC progress reports to management.
- Track and report purchase order (PO) status, supplier performance, and cost trends.
- Continuous Improvement & Process Automation
- Implement ERP-based tracking for materials and production planning.
- Work on lead time reduction for procurement and production scheduling.
Pay: ₹16,866.46 - ₹56,557.59 per month
