- Senior Leadership Role with 15+ years of Exp in BFSI Industry with relevant experience in Operations/Delivery/Consulting
- Subject Matter Expert with extensive industry knowledge on Cards Domain
- Ideally should have managed cards Disputes operations in a bank or BPO for 7-10 years thus have a solid understanding of Disputes rules of schemes ( e.g. MasterCard , VISA etc.) along with experience in On-boarding and Servicing activities
- Delivers Thought Leadership
- Strong people, Process, Client & Stakeholders management skills
- Should be able to work independently and drive the team to achieve desired result.
- Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
- Ability to Re-define processes and proactively know / understand & manage stakeholders expectation
