Job Title: Client Servicing Executive – Outdoor Advertising

Role Summary:
We are looking for a proactive Client Servicing Executive to manage client relationships and ensure smooth execution of outdoor advertising campaigns. The role involves coordinating between clients, internal teams, and vendors to deliver projects on time and as per expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
- Understand client requirements and campaign objectives
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, operations) for campaign execution
- Manage end-to-end execution of outdoor advertising projects (hoardings, signage, branding, etc.)
- Follow up on timelines, deliverables, and installation status
- Share regular updates and reports with clients
- Resolve client queries and ensure high levels of client satisfaction
- Assist in campaign planning and site selection coordination
- Maintain proper documentation and client records
Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong coordination and follow-up abilities
- Basic understanding of outdoor advertising / signage industry
- Ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
Qualification:
- Any Graduate (Marketing / Advertising preferred)
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- 1–2 years of experience in client servicing in outdoor advertising, media, or signage industry
- Candidates from advertising agencies or OOH companies preferred
- Immediate joiners preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
